Terms and Conditions

1. The Service

MyFinances360 (the "Service") is an expense-tracking application for individuals and small businesses operated by [TODO: legal name] ("we"). It lets you record expenses via receipt photos, email import of bank statements, voice dictation or manual entry; classify them automatically; manage money accounts, budgets, savings goals, debts, reminders and subscriptions; and generate reports, including an export compatible with the DGII 606 form. By creating an account you accept these terms.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Membership, pricing and free trial

• Every new account includes a 30-day free trial with every feature. No payment is required to start the trial.
• After the trial, use of the Service requires a paid membership: US$ 9.99 per month or US$ 99.99 per year (applicable taxes not included unless stated otherwise).
• Payments are processed through [TODO: payment processor, to be selected]. Until automatic billing is available, membership activation may be handled manually.
• Prices may change; any change will be announced with reasonable notice and will never affect periods already paid.
• You may cancel at any time; the membership stays active until the end of the paid period. Paid periods are non-refundable unless the law provides otherwise.

4. Referral program

• Each user has a personal invitation code. When an invited person creates an account with that code and confirms their first expense, the inviter receives 1 free month of Service, added to the end of their current period.
• The program is meant for genuine invitations to different people. We reserve the right to revoke months obtained through fake or duplicate accounts or any other form of abuse, and to suspend the program or change its conditions for the future.
• Referral months cannot be exchanged for money and are not transferable.

5. 606 form export — important disclaimer

The 606 export generates a file (CSV/Excel) whose columns match the 606 form of the Dominican Republic's Dirección General de Impuestos Internos (DGII), based on the data you recorded. The Service does not file returns with the DGII, does not generate the official submission file and is not certified by the DGII. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of the exported data and for filing through the official channels (Oficina Virtual) or through your accountant. The official format may be changed by the DGII at any time.

6. No financial or tax advice

The Service is a recording and organization tool. No information, report or classification produced by the Service constitutes financial, accounting, tax or legal advice. Consult a professional for decisions of that nature.

7. Your content

The data, images and documents you record are yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process them for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you (including the automatic extraction described in the privacy policy). You can export your data and delete your account at any time.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to access other users' data, not to overload or attack the infrastructure, not to reverse-engineer the Service, and not to resell access without our written permission.

9. Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep the Service continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. We may modify, add or remove features. If we remove an essential feature of the paid membership, we will communicate it with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the Service, nor for decisions (financial, tax or otherwise) made on the basis of the information recorded or produced. Automatic extraction may contain errors: always review drafts before confirming them. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to it.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice except in cases of serious abuse. After termination, your data is deleted in accordance with the privacy policy.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Dominican Republic, without prejudice to any consumer rights you may have in your place of residence.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will publish the current version on this page and, if the change is material, notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
